Liquid gas container test / noise emission test
Liquid gas storage tanks belong to the pressure vessels that are subject to mandatory monitoring and must be regularly subjected to external (every 2 years) and internal (every 5 or 10 years) inspections.
The internal test using an acoustic emission test offers several advantages. The engineers at PA-Salzgitter have therefore developed a new, patented pressure increase system with which the preparatory work for the prescribed noise emission test can be carried out quickly and reliably.
Thanks to these advantages and the cooperation with all German ZÜS departments, we can offer you a comprehensive range of products for container testing that is attractive in terms of price.
Advantages of the patented innovative PA-DEH system:
- Significant time and cost savings compared to classic test methods
- Pressure increase without using nitrogen or without increasing the temperature of the gas
- Closed system (no gas losses for system operators)
- No malfunctions on the consumer due to a nitrogen-gas mixture
- No flaring of the impure gas phase required
- The costs for nitrogen approx. 500 € are saved
- Supply bottlenecks are avoided as tests are carried out under operating conditions
- State-of-the-art test with reliable test statement (integrity of the liquid gas storage container is confirmed)
