Fully electronic bottling plant in a steel container

Bottle filling plant with an above-ground (optionally underground) 2.9 t container, a 10-foot steel container (optionally 20 feet) and a filling scale with a pneumatic (optionally mechanical) filling connection.

The bottling plant consists of two assemblies.
Assembly 1:
2.9 t container with pressure booster system and fittings
Assembly 2:
10 foot (optionally 20 foot) container with an electronic filling and control floor scale and the associated pipe fittings

Components in detail:

  • 2.9 t - LPG tank with standard fittings and a bottom extraction pipe, with welded console for accommodating the pump and fittings etc. (special version)
  • 3-stage SIHI side channel pump with NPSH preliminary stage (low inlet heights) and single mechanical seal, capacity 70 l/min with a pressure increase of 7 bar, max. differential pressure approx. 11-12 bar with a capacity of 15-20 l/min , with base plate and 2.5 kW ex motor
  • Pump protective housing made of galvanized sheet steel with the necessary ventilation openings
  • Electronic dry run protection (installed in the control cabinet)
  • Ball valves PN 40, with APZ 3.1 according to EN 10 204
  • Strainer DN 25, PN 40, with APZ 3.1 according to EN 10 204
  • Explosion-proof solenoid valve DN 25, PN 25, material brass, with APZ 3.1 according to EN 10 204
  • 10-foot steel container for installing the filling and checkweigher, floor designed with non-slip sheet steel, ventilation openings each 1/100 of the floor area, dimensions 3 x 2.5 x 2.6 m (L x W x H) Container colour: blue ( other colors at extra charge) Filling scale embedded in the container floor
  • Ex-proof on/off button
  • NEW fully electronic filling and checking floor scale for 5, 11 and 33 kg propane bottles, complete with folding platform, folding element filter, boom, balancer, PNEUMATIC filling connection and LPG connection hoses *** FILLING SCALE CONSTRUCTION COMPLETELY MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL ***
  • Electrical lighting for the container, explosion-proof, including on/off switch
  • Ex-proof emergency stop button
  • Rupture valve, safety valves, pressure gauges, pressure gauge shut-off valves and small parts,
  • Control cabinet for controlling the pump, motor protection switch, dry-running protection, emergency stop button and the solenoid valve, completely wired, including circuit diagram (installation outside the Ex area)
  • including preliminary, construction, pressure and leak testing by TÜV NORD

System with CE marking according to DGRL and conformity assessment.

Note:
The compressed air supply for the pneumatic filling connection is available on site or can be installed by P&A at an additional cost.
