AZW-Unit (physical state converter)

The vaporizer technology is unchanged since more than 50 years. Technically, LPG enters the vaporizer as a liquid phase and exits as a gas phase (vaporization process within the vaporizer). This vaporization process requires energy. For a required consumption of for example. 1300 kW, an external energy of approx. 18 kWh (electricity, gas, steam) is required for this process. Many LPG projects cannot be realised due to the high energy costs of the vaporizer.

This is where the PA-AZW patented technology comes into play

In order to minimize the external energy costs for the vaporization of the liquid LPG, we developed the innovative PA-AZW (physical state converter) device. This device can be retrofitted and integrated in all existing LPG systems, regardless of the tank design, type of installation, outdoor temperature, etc.

The AZW system only produces the additional rate of gas that cannot be supplied through the natural vaporization of the tank. There is not a temperature increase inside the storage tank. Only the required gas is generated.
