Our PA-LPG filling systems for internal application are the ideal solution for the refueling of a company vehicle fleet, fork lift trucks and further engines.
Basicaly, the Filling stations has not to be suitable for calibration (Optional: Refueling station suitable for calibration).
We supply a refueling station with integrated card system or RFID transponder system to ensure the management of the current consuption by your staff.
Basically, we differentiate between:
- LPG compact filling station (Internal Application)
Our LPG filling station consists of a dispenser and a storage tank as a compact filling station on a base frame.
- LPG filling station (Internal Applcation)
Our LPG filling station consists of a dispenser and a separately installated storage tank (Storage tank in overground or underground execution)
The basic configuration of our compact filling station includes:
- Overground storage tank with the required equipment
- SIHI - 3 stage Channel pump unit (A submersible pump unit is used for underground tanks)
- Welded-on frame for assembling the pump unit and the dispenser
- Electronic LPG-Dispenser suitable for calibration
- Backlit display / Indication of price and gas rate
- Start-Button
- Electronic control cabinet

Compact technology completely integrated inside a dispenser
The innovative technology of our piston pump, which was specially developed for suction process from any LPG storage tank (Above- or underground tank), is the heart of the innovation, mounted inside a gas fuel dispenser. Due to the compact design of the suction pump, the assembly can also be installed in a small and compact dispenser.
With the integrated bypass and relief valve, there is no need of a separate overflow valve. Since the pump unit was also developed for gas phase suction process, dry running protection is not necessary.
